How long does it usually take to get the full version emailed? I already have confirmation from the billing company but haven't yet recieved the package. It's been about 3-4 hours I think.

The billing company doesn't send it -- Fred does (at least he did for me). So you have to wait until Fred reads the company's receipt, and then actually mails it. I think 3-4 hours is too soon -- I'd wait at least 24 hours, taking into account world time zones.
