'Toolbar Layout' Dragging convenience

'Toolbar Layout' Dragging convenience

In PureBasic v4.40 Beta 2, and in the 'Toolbar Layout' area, dragging an item doesn't allow jumping of the scrollbar up or down through the rest of the entries.

So I'd love to see dragging possible throughout the entire 'Toolbar Layout' list.
