[Implemented] Project Features

This features would be nice:
Backup: specify a folder to save backups of all project-files in it
ToDo List: organize a todo list of the project

If you have a very close look at the Themes\SilkTheme.zip file you will see that there are already icons included for these two things
This stuff was planned but i simply ran out of time. I am hoping to do it for 4.50 then.

It would be really cool if the Build Targets could be assigned to x64 and x86. I have a task list for x64 and x86 now, but it runs all tasks on all platforms.
And it would still be nice if the x64 version could compile x86 and x64 versions.

open project directory in explorer - menuitem
add/remove this file to project - entry in filepanel context menu
open folder in explorer - menuitem in projectpanel context menu

The filepanel context menu is the regular editing context menu and its already a bit overloaded imho.
You can add/remove the current file from the project from the nowmal which is enough imho. (you can define a toolbar button if you want to)
