A GUI designer would be very useful indeed. I'm currently creating one for Macromedia Director but it's a slow and painful process. I guess VB would be the best app to create this sort of thing for PB.
I would be very interested in testing/using your application. I don't know of any other GUI editors for PB so yours may well be the first.
