Mac newbie with trouble

I bought me a MacBook not long ago, and offcourse I couldn't wait to fire up PB on it. Everything works great, at first. I installed the latest devtools from Apple, and it works great when I hit F5 to compile and run. Just a simple test program using one variable and an inputrequester.

But when I compile the program to the harddisk and run it, a terminal window is opened and I can't access the test program, it's opened behind the terminal. What am I doing wrong here? don't want that darn terminal to popup :|

your program must end with .app to run in the Mac GUI

e.g. MyProgram.app

Nice one, works great.
Thanks for the tip William :)

Btw, what kind of files should be used as program icons?
I tried with a .ico file I used previously but I can only see the standard .App icon.

Oh, and where is the Visual Designer?

GeoTrail, as for icons, you can also change an application icon by pasting an image, do: getinfo of the app and select the icon on the top-left corner, then paste whatever image you want.
