Hi,
Hope that some of you can remember the Visual IDE that i develop last year (available at Paul's site)... well im just finishing a new version (on VB again, very soon i will develop it on Pure Basic since i discover that its easier to do it in PB that in VB!! But as im just finishing on VB i dont want to start from scratch in PB without sharing this one with the comunity).
But i think that at this time we dont need a tool that compiles directly or even make the gadget events stuff (like i try to do in the other version). I think that we need ONLY some tool for designing the forms with gadgets on a visual environment and then every one does the rest of the code by itself.
Are you agree?
Aree anybody interested on trying the new Visual IDE?

I totally agree, i don't need the event stuff, i use your program only to design the gui and works fine.
Thanks for your work.

Hey ricardo,
I agree with you entirely since it would be no trouble to add the appropriate PB code for myself and many other people here. (And it will allow formatting in our own personal styles.) I think however if you do get some extra time to produce a 'beginners' version' of your marvelous visual IDE, you can make a strong fan club from all those new programmers who sincerely wish to learn PureBasic but have such a hard time finding an easy way to start. If they do form a ricardo fan club, I will supply the paper party hats and the multi-colored confetti.
Thank you for taking the time to do all this hard work for us. It is very greatly appreciated. (I know everyone feel same way, whether they reply to your post or not.)
Take care.
