When i copy a pb code from a post and paste it into the pb editor appears as a single line, it seems that does not recognize the carriage return or something.

I have to click reply with quote and copy from there, maybe i'm dumb and i`m doing something wrong because no one has talked about this..

Any help?

Usually i use the search button, this was not code related and a little special.

Strange it has not been fixed since April.

I'd hoped that migrating to the very latest build of the forum would fix this one. Hmmm...

In the middle time you can paste the code first in to the wordpad, for some reason wordpad maintain the lines but not the indent... and then copy it from there and paste it into the pb ide.

Better hit the small REPLY icon on top of the posting
and cut from there.
So you get the original code formatted correctly...

I don't know why and I've never seen this before, but for me (WinXP) it also works when pasting the copied code with held shiftkey ([ctrl]+[shift]+:)).

I've spent the last hour installing a service pack on the forum. I'm not sure exactly what's been fixed TBH. Email notification should be fixed now though...

Already a couple of days a very slow forum.

Takes minutes to load, timeouts, asp scripting errors.

It should pick up but yeah, it's been slow. It's an ISP issue but a line upgrade is due to take place early next month (the 2nd I think).

Fingers crossed...

Or just use Opera (web browser) instead of Internet Explorer, because
IE causes the problem, according to an older post here.

Seems like abig problem here. Ever since the new forum upgrade it takes anywhere from 43 to 72 seconds to generate a page. (that's using both IE and Opera)

Most of the time the pages just timeout on me.

I might take the forum down until the problem is rectified. If it's *that* slow, it's pointless keeping it up.
