I'd like some enhancements to PB's drawing operations, including its handling of the PNG format.

1. Quality levels when saving a PNG with SaveImage
2. AlphaPlot / DrawAlphaPixel - for drawing semi-transparent pixels
3. PointAlpha - return opacity level of pixel

That kind of thing.

It could be nice, but if you search on the forum, you'll find plenty of code doing all that you want.
