Spriteoutput() for Mac

Dear Fred,
please take your time to implement the SpriteOutput()-,
ScreenBuffer(), and such- functions on MacOS to use drawing-
functions in fullscreen-mode. e.g. Cpl.Bator's GUI-Routines
seem to depend on them.
I think all of us Mac-Users are waiting for these functions to go
on with game- and App-programming in fullscreen...
I fully understand Windows is more important. But, please,
consider this for PB 4.30 already
