dx9: create/loadSprite() always fails

CreateSprite() and LoadSprite() always fails when I use the DirectX9 subsystem. The graphics chip is ProSavageDDR.

Don't put this as a high priority bug since it's probably something with the driver, but I'm reporting it just in case.

Edit: SpriteOutput() and ScreenOutput() always with the OpenGL subsystem.
