Error: No message for error 0x8006

Can some one help me to solve this problem.

I am trying to run in debug mode the program DEMO-2 nxImageArray.pb which is part of srod's Nexus gadget suite (downloaded from www.nxsoftware.com/zyxNexus430.zip) but each time I get a window entitled 'PureBasic - Resource error' with the compiler error message:
*** No message for error 0x8006 ***

I am using Windows ME
What does error 8006 mean?
