[Implemented] Please offer 4.10 in the download section

PureBasic 4.20 has bugs that are still being found. 4.10 has been very stable and would like to see if kept as a download option.
Normally this would not be an issue but given the massive changes in 4.20 I don't think this is unreasonable.
