Tool-option : trigger 'editor startup'

For the trigger 'editor start', is it possible to start tool before opening files ?

editor start > open default empty file > start tools > open other files

What is the benefit ?

It just adds a delay/flicker by opening and then closing an unneeded empty file.

Oh... The empty file is useless ... Its just a little example to explain my problem. :roll:

I mean I want to launch the tool before opening files.
But the trigger 'editor startup' don't work like that.
