Hi all,
Purebasic has built-in visual designer for designing interface.
Why there is a need to buy pureVision?
Thanks in advance

Hi Sampb
Only you can answer that question.
There is no need to buy it, you may prefer to buy it.

There are several visual designers available for Purebasic (in alphabetical order) :
- PBDev (shareware)
- PureFORM (free)
- PureVision (shareware)
- Visual Designer (from PB Team)
- ... ?
I would say the best one is the tool that suits your needs.

I'd say PureFORM is really good. VD still hasn't come up to its standard.

For me, Purevision is the most clean visual designer for pb. Yes, I'm really happy with it... and no, I don't get any money from Reelmedia

.
(Sorry for my bad english

Shareware? I would call it commercial, at least I have paid $27.95 for it. It's very good though...

I have purchased both the shareware ones and used both of the free ones, my favourite is PureFORM.
I'd stick with that unless one of the others has some killer feature (which I'm certainly not aware of) that you feel you must have.

I have bought both PBDev and PureVision.
PureVision is nice but I quit using it because I got tired of having to constantly switch between it's two modes when designing a window and because it creates really long constant names for the window and gadget IDs.
PBDev is nice but there is no further development being done on it other than bug fixes and I'd rather use something that's in current development.
Haven't tried PureForm yet though I plan to just because I hear so much good about it.
Been using Visual Designer that comes with PureBasic simply because its easy to use and gets the job done.

My Vote would be for PureForm.
Tried all the others (except for PBDev)
For me personally, PureForm was just much more intuitive than the others.

I use PureFORM and a beta of VisualDesigner that was never really released... Simple fast and well written both!

Can you give more information about that? Sounds pretty interesting!
