I'd like to be the admin of my own post, you know, to delete ones that I don't like on my own post

You mean to be able to delete other peoples posts in a thread started by you or to be able to delete your own posts later on?

If it's the second one then you can do that now already.

If it's the first one then that would keep you busy once a flamewar starts.

I don't believe it would be very popular, especially the ability to delete the posts of others.

Most folks don't even like it when an admin deletes a post. Or even when someone 'deletes' one of their own by blanking it out.

You have to learn at first to accept the opinions of other people if you want to use a discussion forum.
It isn't very clever to delete posts which containing other opinions than yours or posts which containing anything you don't like.

My father just gave me a lecture on that But I understood.

Well, not delete post but at least a chance to add a signature in red color saying: ABOMINABLE!
Even this would be also very tyrant
