#PB _Sprite_Texture causing system crash

I know this has been touched on already, but I wanted to clarify it.

Whenever I use a sprite command with the parameter #PB _Sprite_Texture my whole system crashes to the blue screen. I have tried this on a number of machines and it happens on all of them. The only thing they have in common is that they all unfortunatley use the intel chipset in their graphics cards.

Can you tell me if the next release will be intel friendly or if it system crash can be overcome.

It's has nothing to do with the #PB _Sprite_Texture flag. The Intel graphics accelerator is simply a piece of shit. Here at my work PC I can't do anything screen related at all. Just opening a screen results in a blue screen (on Windows XP!). The name of that bugger is "Intel(R) G965 Express Chipset Family".

Can I just add that when I run the same code on the same laptop that has vista installed, the code runs fine and doesn't crash the laptop. So is it XP? the XP intel driver? who knows? I am running it with the vista intel driver and it's fine, so am I happy.

Too right I am
