I compiled the decNumber library from the icu site, and translated the headers decContext.h, decNumber.h decQuad.h, decimal128.h and decimal64.h

I don't know what happened, went to PureStorage and the file was gone, uploaded again and downloaded it to make sure it works, should be OK now, try again.
beginning to wonder if the effort was worth it.
