1.) the performance is slow. it could be faster.
i use ADSL but it stil slow.

2.) there should be something like an EMAIL-Response to the posts.
If someone answers to an old post the one who initiated to post
wouldn't miss any response to his or her post.

Hi Ralf,

1) Sorry - We're having a lot of problems with IIS at the moment. We are working on it though and forums should be back up to full speed soon (fingers crossed). I'm assuming you've only been finding it slow over the last few weeks?

2) I've just enabled email notification! Simply click the appropriate check box when you post a topic/reply. Don't know why I hadn't done it before...

Cool! Also, can you change the background colour of every second post, like
you've done with your Archon forums? Maybe just to a very light grey so that
it doesn't affect coloured text too much?

Hmmm... Every other post is already a light grey. Perhaps it's a little too light to be noticable on some PCs/monitors. I'll have a play around.

No, it's not a monitor issue. I don't know what it is, but they appear to be
working now... I actually thought you implemented my idea after reading my
post. All this time I've never seen alternating colours, not in Internet
Explorer or Opera. My screen res is 800x600 in 32-bit colour too. Also, I
never saw different colours when using my employer's PC either...

Anyway, I'm glad it's working now!
