[VD Linux] no icon for VD in IDE

Some people dont have an icon in the IDE toolbar for the VD
In the IDE preferences, browse for the visual designer, ant the icon will be added.
Found it Rings?

You may need to reset the toolbar layout.
(Go to the toolbar section of the preferences and hit "Default Toolbar")

i have tried this too and theres no difference...
Using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron - released in April 2008.
