Graphics software that handles graphics tablet

I am looking for some free software that will handle a graphics tablet (just a little watcom bamboo).

My purchased software (from Macromedia) does not.

Paint does, sort of.

I understand something called pixia or pyxia does, going to look for and download it.

I am looking for other suggestions as well.

Also for any 3D software (free) that will repond to a tablet.

Thanks!

Here's the original link for Pixia :)

http://park18.wakwak.com/~pixia/

From their page:
Pixia English Edition ver. 4.2a is out!
The new version features some bug fixes and is now compatible with Wacom Bamboo tablet. (12/26/2007)

i used pixia in some previous version and found it quite cool. didn't know they did so much further development, because the site was quiet for a long time iirc.

I think GIMP supports it in an ok way, you may try Paint.NET too. I too have recently bought a tablet btw :D
