[PB4.20b1] Compare DirectX7 vs DirectX9 vs DX9

I will add some 'Demo' stuff recompiled with all Subsystems here.
So you can see which Subsytem is the right one for you.
Hold in mind: Subsystem DirectX9/DX9 are in beta state!
The first: ICE_Font (Userlib):

I have recompiled my ICE_Font userlib with all supported grafic subsystem (OpenGL is not working currently):
Please try it!
ICE_Font_DirectX7vsDirectX9vsDX9.zip
Hints:
- DX9 and DirectX9 needs lot of time before you see more as a black screen. Be patient.
- If DirectX9 or DX9 is crashing on your low hardware (laptops) please try to start in fullscreen and 16 bit mode (Or change your window display settings
