Procedure list divider that's blank

';-' will create a blank '>' divider. It would be nice if either this comment or a new one would simply make a blank space. I think this would make section titles ';- Title' that might come afterward easier find and to read at a glance.

I dont understand your request.
;- TestTitle shows ">TestTitle" in the Procedures Browser, leaving the Comment blank will only show the > symbol.

sounds like he's asking for the IDE to be tweaked to allow blank comment lines in the procedure list
instead of ;- displaying '>' in the list, he'd like it to display a completely blank line

The procedure browser needs better identification of items, as Mistrel has
noticed. I even requested colored items for it a few months back:

It definitely needs enhancing.
