Missing a category for job opportunities!

Why not bring a bit more proffesionality into this board?
Why are the annoucements of PB in the same category then other software annoucements?
Why is here no category for job offers?
Why is here no category where developers can tell, what jobs they are looking for?

I imagine because for the most part we're programmers (or would like to think we are), not employers.
You might try Monster.com

Okay, if you want to look for a PB coder, you do it at monster?
Take a look at such forums like CGtalk, and you will find there the offers for CG artists, not at monster.
And the question is not, whether there are other sites, like the german forum, which has such categorys, but why this forum is not sorted well!

This forum is about PureBasic.
If you need a PB coder, you can post a message here, and handle all the rest in private.
We do not feel the need to open a jobsite.

So I understand you correct:
This forum is about PB, and so there is no need for more professionality or improvements in structure?
I have manged some bbboards, and such improvements are a work of minutes, but okay, keep it as it is, and give us profesional coders the feeling, working with kiddys.
Thank you very much!

Obviously not.

Do you understand what "professionality" is? Obviously not, or you would not be childishly attacking the working tenet of these forums THAT YOU ARE USING FOR FREE.
Personally, I have not heard any complaints from the HUNDREDS of PROFESSIONAL coders who frequent these boards.
but okay, keep it as it is, and give us profesional coders the feeling, working with kiddys.
You sound like a kiddy yourself who attacks people because he doesn't get what he wants. Very spoilt and bratty behaviour.
Thank you very much!
You are welcome!! Feel free to move along. The working professionals like to get on with things.

As you think you are very professional , and even think you speak for everyone, why not host your own forum, please go elsewhere.
3 users asked by pm to remove this, as they feel personaly attacked by you.

I know for a fact that members of these forums do get contacted with offers of paid work by private companies and indeed other programmers etc. and all through these forums. The point being that these forums function fine and are an excellent means for fostering such contacts etc. Personally, if I needed to engage the services of another PB programmer, I would prefer not to advertise but to approach those who I deem suitable and I thought would appreciate the chance to work together etc. and this is a great testimony to the relationships which can be built through such a friendly and professional community. Of course, I can only do this because I know a lot of the people on these boards, but, as Bericko says, if you need to advertise, then there is nothing stopping you!
Besides which, if I did advertise, I'd get idiots like that fangbeast character replying, thinking he knew one end of a For / Next loop from t'other!!! (There goes the aforementioned professionalism!

)

Don't worry Rings. When I catch up to srod next, I shall beat him unmercifully around the ears with Bericko's steaming, fetid, decaying g-string collection until he resembles a for/next loop.
He will learn not to steal your job!! Or mine.
I mean, how dare (No Dare, I am not talking about you so butt out!! (leave my butt out of it!)) he steam my job as the resident village idiot?? (Then again he does the job SOoOoOoOoOoO much better than me!!
/me runs.

You'd have to run might fast to keep pace with my short fat hairy legs!
Anyhow, how is it you have access to Bericko's g-string drawer? Is there something you're not telling us fangles? And if so, please don't tell us, I'd rather not know!

Damnit to hell and back!! I thought I was chasing a cross dressing smurf all this time!!!
Mind you, looking at those stumps, I thought perhaps you were a mutated soy milk drinking spider in pumps.
Anyhow, how is it you have access to Bericko's g-string drawer?
He has no need for them any more and has sent me the whole supply since he change to crotchless, stainless steel knickers.
Is there something you're not telling us fangles?
Lots of things I'm not telling you since your bloody cheque bounced old bean! Wait till the money arrives!!:):)
And if so, please don't tell us, I'd rather not know!
I've hear that you are often too sozzled to know. I tried one night but all I could get out of you was a slurred "Pull it back out again fifi, it hurts without the beer on it" and I got so scared at the implications that I ran for my concrete underpants.

I'd say you need to get some help, but I fear it's too late!
