Purebasic.com user account

Hi All,

i've lost my password to the purebasic user area of purebasic.com but when i validate the registered email so that i can get a new password, i never receive the email even though i get the message below:

Password changed successfully. Mailing in progress...

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another way to upgrade my 4.02 to 4.10?

Try emailing support at purebasic.com

Or perhaps fred at purebasic.com

oops i forgot to mention that... yes i have to both the webmaster@purebasic.com and support@purebasic.com

but as yet nothing...

Unless he has changed it, the e-mail address I have for Fred is alphasnd at purebasic dot com.

You could also try sending him a private message through the forum.

And lastly, if you have a spam filter, check your junk folder just in case it thought the e-mail from purebasic.com was spam.
