[Implemented] IDE Jump to Definition Function

When highlighted or the mouse is focused in a procedure's name a hotkey (like SHIFT+F3 in jaPBE) that jumps to the procedure definition is the only thing making me use jaPBE right now. I think it would be a very valuable feature for teh IDE that ships with PB to have.

I don't quite follow your question but if you hold down Ctrl and doubleclick a
procedure name in the IDE, it jumps to that procedure. Is that what you mean?

And then you can press Ctrl+L to go back to the location you jumped from.

..a history for those jumps: "<back | return>" would be brilliant
