IDE - templates tool, edit template

the window to edit a template has no title.
why not put the template name there (or has this just been forgotten?
).
sorry, i do not know if this tool is an 'official' one or who wrote it, but how about using scintilla in there too with the same syntaxhl as the ide. would that be difficult?
