What is everyones national dish? I mean in Texas there are sooo many contributions to the world food list I couldn't begin to list them all:
Steak, Chili, Tacos, Fajitas, Enchiladas, Hamburgers, Chicken Fried Steak, Sopapillas...
Whats your state or country dish?
Anyone from Iceland? I hear rotted shark is unique!

The national dish for South Australia is the Pie Floater.
A Meat Pie floating in a thickened green pea soup.

Don't know about the green pea soup thing over here in NSW electrochrisso. I do seem to remember a song from when I was a kid which was titled something like " Who put the Roo in the stew" though.

haha, I was just kidding

it probably is a curry or something equally crazy... I seem to remember the BBC doing a series of shows, and I seem to remember there being a crazy result. I can't remember the result, some google monster will probably find it
To be honest though... Black pudding, good grief... I Never liked the idea of eating congealed blood lol

I thought that was a "Sidney" thing

I seem to remember Billy Connolly going over there and trying one, and covering it it Brown sauce.. or was it BBQ sauce...

Fish and chips sounds good but like Lucifer said I'm sure the BBC came up with some strange result.
