Hello !!

Little Update for my Toolbar Library.
12 commands now, including

- Tooltips
- Hotspots & Transparent Images
- 4 different Button types (Image, Push, Check, Dropdown) + Separator
- you can change the ButtonState (Wrapable !!)...
- ....

I think it should be useable for
some real applications now.
