Hi,

I think it would be nice to see if everyone will show their applications that they made with purebasic, if it is on their website for commercial usage or even nice simple freeware they offer.

like a application show thread.

i will start.

i have my website which is for cell phones.
it is like a hosting service, you upload an image/midi ringtone/java application to my site, it process it - make sure its valid and you get a code.
then you surf through your mobile cell phone internet to my website
enter the code and get the file available for download.
this saves the use of cable and save money because it costs you only
the internet surf on your mobile.

oh you might say how website is related to purebasic? well the whole site CGI is programmed with PB - all of it.

my second thing is available is a freeware.
Lets say you have a domain name and you want to host it on your computer, so you install a webserver and then what?
you go register a free service call zoneedit.com and there you put your domain name servers and put your IP address for forwarding.
so whenever someone enter your domain name it will come to your computer IP. The problem is the most users has a dynamic IP and not fixed like companies and schools.
so they offer a service where you can update your IP.
This stuff called dynamic DNS, so basicly i created a zoneedit.com client
that dedect if your computer IP changes and update zoneedit.com
Oh and thats how i use it on my website i mentioned just a second ago.
i have this little client running and checking if the IP changes and then update zoneedit.com, so far works like a charm.

here is the link to my client:

now what about you guys?

Well, I have developed JLC's Internet TV. A program for watching online TV.
It started out as a little project just for fun (wasn't planned at all), I scanned the html pages at WWITV.com and ripped the channels from there. But now I have developed and are administrating my own database with TV channels where users can rate, flag and submit channels. I'm glad I learned my self PHP and MySQL or this wouldn't at all be possible. And of course, it wouldn't be possible without this great community either!

Web site is hard to read (light grey text on white)

Similar to MoleBox Pro which I already have.

MoleBox Pro allows access to packaged files without needing to extract them first

Couldn't tell from your description if yours works the same way or not.

The site was made to be viewed in Firefox.

It extracts the files first then runs for quicker executation for every file. (You might've given me an idea)
