Trackball/Arckball Camera calculations (3d) ?

I have got a problem with 3d Calculations.
How do I calculate an Arckball camera? This is one where you can move your seight with the mouse lke in most Shooters. My Problem is that I don't know how to calculate the Look At point and the Up vector. Couldanyone help me please?

like terrain.pb example ?

Yes exactly. (Only the camera, top of terrain ie irrelevant)
