Just a little praise here.

The "purebasic.chm" file is by far the best help file... ever.
Everything is so uncomplicated and categorised.

Congratulations, Fantaisie Software.

Thank you! :D

.... and I know, there are several users which still want a better/extended one

I remember the old days where the PB help was considered as the worste help ever... Seems like some progress have been done on this subject. You can thank Andre, Comtois, Fr34k and all other contributors to make this possible !

Thanks to you all, the help is really that good especially the quick help at the bottom of the editor, saves so much time.

The manual has it's quirks ( ) but in terms of getting a programmer up to scratch, it's fab. Easy to read, to navigate and to locate exactly what you need.

Of all the languages I own, no other user manual comes close.

I agree, I'm a fairly new PB user myself and the help file has so far been extremely, well, helpful! One of the best reference manuals I've ever seen in any programming language.

I've always thought it was quite a neat and straightforward document. Always clear and concise. :)

Have you ever considered to deliver the help file as HTML format :?:

It's still 3.94 though.

PB Team, is there a plan to put the 4.x version of the helpfiles up here too?

(or should that go in the wishlist section of the forums?) :)
