No. it is not wordpress.
it is also known as a good CMS (content management system)
it is called textpattern -> http://textpattern.com
it's a PHP CMS that has inside variables you can create and custom it and make plugins with so many options.
you get it basicly as a blog but you can do actually what ever you want with it
i just like it's internal scripting and how it was made. Plus you can add PHP functions inside the script so it's like ASM in PB.
if you learn it a little you can do really great stuff.
and most important its XHTML valid so search engines who spiders your site can index it with no errors - better ranking.
so if your gonna ever start making websites or just want to make a blog or anything, this can save you time.
