Kaeru Gaman ?

Are you aware of what "Kaeru Gaman" "蛙我慢" means?
Gaman shiteiru kaeru no koto kana? Bempi no imi deshou ka?
Couldn't help but notice it, not intending to troll though

Kaeru in the poem means "to go home" (帰る) but the Kaeru in the Kanji Pic on Kaeru Gaman's post means "Frog" (蛙)
I was trying to figure out what the "Enduring Frog" was all about which is why I posted this.

Something to do with constipation I was suspecting
I'm starting to understand now!
