Hello everybody

I accidentically lost a freeware utility and forgot where
I downloaded it. I searched for hours on the net but can't
find it anymore. I also tried to find a similar one but can't
find something that allows customizing the titlebar,
destination folder and ok and cancel controls. Yes I know
this does not belong in this topic, but since you people are
familiar with so many tools and utilities somebody might
know a download link or homepage.
The tool is a zip - unzip - sfx creator and the only
thing that I have left from it is the icon it associates
with it's outputs, see image I attached here :
