KGRS - Resolution Switcher

KGRS is a little Tool that enables you to change the Resolution of your Desktop without moving the Icons.
that's handy for some little Games that don't have a change for their resolution implemented,
also for Games that come with a fixed window of e.g. 640x480 wich is rather small on a 1280-Desktop.
