I though if we have a thread about breakfast we should also have a thread where everyone can show a picture of the town/area he/she lives in.
Hereis some information about Stuttgart:

And here are some Pictures:

@Nik, I think you should resize your first picture, taking too long to download.

Chicago, Illinois, USA
Birth place of the sky scraper and home of the tallest building in the western hemisphere,
the Sears Tower, about 1,400 feet tall, 1,650 if you include the antenna masts.

I live about 1/3 of a mile south of it
I live in a place called River City
It's a very unusual building that has won numerous architectural awards

This view is from the SkyDeck in the Sears Tower

Q: What do you get when you play country-western music backwards?
A: Your house back, your wife back, your kids back, etc., etc....
(country-western music to me is always cry in your beer music and I'd rather drink my beer than cry in it....)

Wow it's amazing to see how the Purebasic community is spread all over the globe, I mean I did know that because of the profiles, but seeing pictures is realy different.

I think it's cool!
Like you said you know where they are from their profiles, but seeing pictures, from where they are is way better!
Great idea, Nik!

I live at the end of the world, but it's kind of beautiful here:

Actually, there are some more things to show, but the website just doesn't
have any photos of them.
And for some people from the Netherlands: no, these are no mountains,
just hills.

Yes and no, I found a graphic on the Net a long time ago with the lemming walking across it. I captured each frame, trimed out the lemming, and made what you see from those.
Oh... and... Thanks for the compliment! It took several hours to do, but the results were worth it...
