Is there any way to download the cow move video and just as a sound file as well?

You could just copy it from your internet files directory and run it through a converter, don't expect great results though, I've ran flv's through a couple of converters and one made a small size version and the other was quite blocky.

I use
Fraps for things like that, it works quite well and creates a standard AVI? file (the output format may be configurable).
Downside is it isn't free but is worth the price ($37 USD)
