Exclusive namespaces

Hello,
It would be very cool to have exclusive namespaces per include/main.
This could prevent some nomenclature madness and help for sharing own codes with the community.
'Cause namespaced sources are freed for each nomenclature compulsions.
My proposal for a PB variant:
