Is there any way to force the current PB program name to be the file name that comes up when you click "Create Executable"? This seems to be the case in only about 30% of the time. I use files ending in a number a lot and the previous numbered file seems to come up most of the time. Also when I use "Save As" the new name never comes up as the executable file name. Even with general files, the executable name is often nothing to do with the current file.

Is there a way to be warned if you're going to overwrite an existing exe?

Can't find anything in preferences for these two problems.
