It was mailed to me from samsung for some reason, it said my name and details on it, and i don't even know why. Oh well!
It came with a free neck strap and keychain, software installation disk and that was it. How often has this happened to someone?
I honestly can't complain as i no longer need 3 flash disks to carry my stuff around.
P.S - YAY! 100 Posts.

I don't know where you live, but in th US you are legally entitled to keep anything shipped to you which you didn't order. So if you live in the US, don't worry about that !

Note that (in germany) that is not true if you discover that the package was not meant for you. (BGB ยง 241a (2) if you are intrested)
(for example if it is obvious by a different address on the package, but probably also if you call and ask)
So if he asks, and is told that it was not meant for him, that may mean he will
have to give it back.
You do not have to ask though
That is just german law though.. could be different elsewhere.

There's no obligation for you to return it, or make enquiries. It's your name
on it, so forget about it and enjoy it. I could have sent it to you as a gift for
Christmas, for all you know.
It's the same when I'm in a shop and the shelf price says $100 and they only
charge me $80 or something -- I just accept the price they charge and pay
them. I've seen other people say "isn't that meant to be $100" and then end
up paying an extra $20 for nothing. As far as I'm concerned, if they charge
$80 then good for me. It could be on sale and the shelf sticker wrong for all
I know. It's not my job to tell them what to charge at the checkout.

Would be great, wouldn't it? He's such a wanker.

@freak
thats right... I meant like its in CadeX' case:
adressed to him and all, not to see if it's misrouted or what.
so you can keep it and let them ask...
@PB
in germany you pay the least price of both...
so when it says 80,- on the shelf and the scanner says 100,-
you can insist to get it for 80,-

Woohoo, law.

Same here in Switzerland (we're not EU, oh well...). Exception: Obvious pricing errors, as in a 100$ price tag on a 1000$ article.
Same also in Switzerland for unordered Stuff sent to you. If it's not obvious that it's a mistake, you do with it whatever you want.
