I'm not receiving the email from the PB site upon requesting my password being sent.
I don't have problems otherwise with emails and I've checked my spam filter dir.
I wonder how else I can get it ?

Send a mail to fred@purebasic.com - I've never failed to get a prompt reply from Fred at that address.
