I've got both 3.94 and 4.0 installed on my Fedora 4.
3.94 IDE with GTK2 works just fine, but the new IDE of 4.0 doesn't even fireup
Any ideas!?

ARgh...
Now it says, "No purebasic Libraries - Please re-install"
THAT'S IT
Gona install ubuntu 6.10... My Fedora is too old anyway
When is the PB team gonna distribute Purebasic has an installation package, would be nice just to click and install... With all dependencies...

Using Ubuntu 6.10
I'm amazed, installation went smooth, Purebasic run the first time i installed it (using the ubuntu trick posted), all my windows partitions are available on desktop.
Firefox 2, Openoffice 2, and lot's of other goodies...
Good speed, all hardware drivers detected and installed
Pretty darn cool...
I see future for linux desktops now

, specially with Purebasic apps runnin on them !

Happy to see that Pinda-folder on you desktop
Hat Ubuntu 6.10 for two days now - it's really amazing! But the most important thing, my Cisco PCMCIA WLan card: I couldn't get it running.

So I switched back to my good old Mandriva 2006! Everything works fine again.
I also see a future with Linux on Desktops. It's getting better year by year. Even very "dumb" magazins, which normally do have w32 only, make some articles about Ubunut and some Live/Rescue-CDs now! Thats great!
