Having bought Pure Basic a few months ago I have just started to use it.

I have written a small program to help anyone who currently uses VB to convert trivial programs to Pure Basic included is a trivial program that it converts not perfect but if anyone is interested let me know and i will send you a copy. Or if I can upload it to somewhere for people to download as a tutorial could someone please tell me.

At the moment it does not convert the code just the form, but will develop firther in the future.

You will need to paste the link here. When you are in PureStorage, click the disk icon next to the file you want to share. Another window will pop up with all the BBcode you need to link to that file. Just copy and paste the code here and you will now have a link everyone can use to download your file.

I am a VB develper and have got a few software developed in VB which I want to try to convert to PB.

I am using vbaccelerator.com 's controls sourcecode (esp. sGrid component) in a few of my apps.

can you help me converting them to PB?

As you can see from my posts I am a VB programmer (not very good) that is a newbie to Pure Basic.

I knocked up the convertor last sunday as i knew i needed to bite the bullet and learn about Pure Basic. It is something which should allow you to grasp the basics of Pure Basic differences as in the package there is a VB programme and it's equivalent Pure Basic one. Which has had code added after conversion of the form.

Knowing this I would be very willing to help as far as I can, but after reading some of the forums here, it is obviously an extremly friendly and supportive "CLUB" from which I believe you will receive all the help you will need.
