Be nice if a buddy from another country bought it and sent it too you. Then you would want to send him a PayPal for the balance?

Yeah, or if someone bought it, and I payed them with direct money transfere and they could send the book in a box marked gift, then I wouldn't have to pay any Norwegian tax og any Customs fees for it.

I have turned my place upside down looking for this book. Kale, you didn't
"code" it with a some sort of secret planned obsolesence so that I have to
buy another one, did you? It went messing not long after this offer.

Have you asked your cable TV provider for it?

Kale - is there another place to purchase the book from other than those clowns at CafePress ?
I just canceled the order with them after 3 weeks of non delivery and zero communication from them.

Nope. I've always found CP to have excellent customer service. Looking at the order reports i think maybe there was an issue with the verification of your debit card. Use this form to sort out any issues:

Failing that, you could always send me the money direct using PayPal and i will order the book for you, i have done this a few times for people. The amount to send would be the book price plus $7.00 (US) for postage and packing.
