ODBC on 64Bit OS (XP 64)

I am able to InitDatabase and ExamineDatabaseDrivers (and get to see what is shown in the ODBC control panel), but when I attempt to OpenDatabase it fails. Using OpenDatabaseRequestor lets me pick the entry, but fails when I click on OK.
Interestingly, the OpenDatabaseRequestor function allows me to select 'new' but shows all of the old 32 bit drivers (which do not show up in the 'real' Windows ODBC control panel).
My 'desired' ODBC driver is from Oracle 10g, 64Bit.
Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated.
