Hello pure basic programmers, I don't often talk in your up to date forum, BUT THIS IS an very intersting topic I think... THE PROBLEM with graphic stuff is that at THE FIRST SECOND a programmer start to program SOME GRAPHIC STUFF, he/she instantly loose all his MOTIVATION because of this anoying idea: the broadcoast of """problem""" pictures with the routines he/she is starting to program... BUT there is a """medecine"" to this lost of motivation:

Just think of a paint program able to "encrypt/decrypt" with a XOR 8x8 bitmap, without storing the encryption 8bytes code with the picture/photo.

SO the USER, in order to view an """encrypted""" draw or photo would be obliged to try, mannually - by himself - and with no possible automatic routines - the right 8x8 XOR bitmap... THIS MANUAL STEP woud be an "acting responsable" step, able to make you stronger than any """problem""" picture/photo... In august 2006, during the whole month, I have program personnal graphic stuff, without ANY LOST OF MOTIVATION, THAANKS to this simple idea of 8x8 XOR bitmap encryption/decryption...

Good luck with your .GIF routines!!!!!
