Mapping applications to network devices

Hi PB community!
I have a little problem and searching for a way to solve it:
My problem is, that I have two internet connections with two different providers and different IPs (Never gues that oh!?
) connected simultaneosly on a single Windows XP Prof system.
How can I tell an application which internet connection to use? Maybe there are some tools arround it to map applications to internet connections?
if not... letz do one in PB: :>
