Bluetooth through a WiFi card?

Like most mobiles these days, mine has Bluetooth connectivity. I'd really like to get some pictures etc off of it but I don't have the cable to connect it to my PC (and I'm too tight to go and buy one :P). I do, however, have a laptop with a built in WiFi card.

Now, I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but would it be possible to download some software to use the WiFi card in my laptop to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I imagine (although I'm not sure) it could be possible since both protocols use the same radio frequency and so it'd just be a matter of getting the right software to use my existing hardware for Bluetooth.

Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone here knew of something which could do this for me (or point out that I'm being ridiculous, and should go and hide in the dark, dark cave of ignorance :P).

Thanks!

Bluetooth and wifi are completely different beasts.... there is no chance of this working.

But there may be a way. Configure your PC for ad-hoc wifi connections instead of infrastructure. Then your pda will be able to connect to it and you should be able to map network drives and whatnot.

Nuts, ah well - it was worth a try.
