Seriously, it's like what people got in their fridges or bathroom. Psychologists can derivate a million of individual character properties from it. It's a science of it's own.
I'm a typical low-skilled programmer who thinks desgin is more important then efficiency. That's why my color sheme looks like this:

Honestly, most programmers won't give a ..., well, you catch my drift. But I think the default color sheme of PB is a "pure" horror trip for anybodys eyes. Most pepole will recognize the colors from the Blitz3D IDE. I just imported the sheme and added missing colors for pointers, constants, etc.
I encourage everyone to download and use this sheme: Blitz3D Extended.prefs
It's for PB V4.0 and can easily imported via the Import/Export settings page in the preferences dialog.
