I am finding that my drawing functions are VERY slow on some computers, at first i thought it was memory, byt then it ran slow on a pentuim 4 with 1gb ram, so it cant be that, i have a 26.ghz processor with 1gb ram, and no issues here, so is there a fast way to do it, or any commands that are slow or memory eating which i should avoid?

Yes, i do, lmao, i cant post my code or the exe at the moment ( i dont have it with me) but is there any reason why sprite drawing, the 2d drawing functions etc might cause this?

It could be the video card (intergated or not) on the machine after all that is what is handling the sprites
you should see what the video memory is capable of and what the GPU can do althought in normal sprite this doesn't have a lot to do with it
if you one of those crappy intergrated cards with 8 meg that is shared on the ram then that might be the source
